10 éve járunk a környékre síelni télen. Minden évben vásároltam férfi és női ruhákat az üzletben. Nagyon jó minőségű és tartós cikkeket lehet kapni. Sajnálom, hogy a város központjában lévő nagyobb üzlet a kovid járvány alatt bezárt,sokkal nagyobb volt a választék. A mostani vásárlás alkalmával egy idős hölgy szolgált ki minket. Minősíthetetlenül viselkedett. A feleségemnek nem engedte hogy hozzányúljon a kihelyezett ruhákhoz. Ő nem is vett semmit. Nekem nem engedte hogy inget próbáljak. Vettem ennek ellenére kettőt is, de csak azért mert tényleg jó minőségűek. Teljesen véletlenül pont egy régebben itt vásárolt ing volt rajtam és annak tudtam a méretét. Szóvá tettem, hogy tavaly is lehetett próbálni, majd a hölgy közölte velem hogy biztosan nem lehetett. Sajnálom, ha esetleg egyéb problémái vannak, azon én nem tudok segíteni. Sono rimasta profondamente delusa dal comportamento dell’addetta alle vendite presente al momento della mia visita. A una semplice e legittima domanda su taglie più grandi, l’addetta alle vendite ha squadrato la cliente e risposto con un commento tagliente, del tutto fuori luogo. È stata arrogante e irrispettosa, con un atteggiamento che definirei assolutamente offensivo. Da esterna mi sono sentita a mia volta giudicata e fuori luogo. Non capisco davvero come si possa lavorare a contatto con il pubblico con un simile atteggiamento altezzoso. Nessuno dovrebbe sentirsi a disagio o messo in discussione in un negozio, né in questo né in nessun altro. Decisamente da evitare finché non verrà rivisto il concetto di rispetto verso il cliente.
