We became aware of Carpanelli because we unknowingly acquired a sideboard of theirs and got intrigued by the craftsmanship and attention to detail. While looking through their website we took a liking to the classic collection and decided to visit the showroom located near Milan. We got into contact with Carpanelli and they were very accommodating and offered us a viewing date. On the day of the viewing we were warmly greeted with some coffee and a very attentive Ornella. She showed us not only the showroom but the warehouse as well. While we went there to look for beds, we fell in love with the Sinfonia Extendible table with a walnut finish and a pair of armchairs. On the day of the delivery (only about a month after the initial viewing), Carpanelli sent two men to deliver and assemble the furniture. They even did some fine-tuning on the spot. All in all I would greatly recommend purchasing from Carpanelli, as from start to finish everything was handled with uttermost care and professionalism.
