I happened upon Bon Gioielli during a Google search and I couldn’t be more thankful. They worked with me to find the perfect diamond and setting, all while I was still in the US. They answered all my questions and sent videos/photos throughout the whole planning process. They met us to deliver the ring at our hotel in Rome. Everything from the communication to the design and now the ring on my finger was absolutely perfect.

Francesco was AMAZING! I had ordered a ring from an American Jeweler and FedEx lost the ring 4 days before my flight to Rome. I didn’t know what to do, so I reached out to bon gioielli and got connected with Francesco. One phone call later and we chatted through what I needed and what he could do for me. Not only did he create an even BETTER ring than I gotten originally, but he delivered to my Hotel when I arrived in Rome.

He single handedly saved my trip to Italy, my proposal, and made this trip as magical as possible. Amazing to work with, and I couldn’t have asked for a more amazing guy...
