Our cooking class with Maria was absolutely amazing. One of the best experiences during our week at Lake Garda! Maria took the time to write out the ingredients and directions for each recipe so we could make them at home. She taught us lots of helpful tips and we not only got to cook a delicious meal, but learned quite a few things along the way. Every dish we helped prepare was flavorful and fresh. I enjoyed her attention to the ingredients used and learning about which brands & products produced the best quality.

One of our favorite parts of the experience was the location of the class. The atmosphere of the home and outdoor area was amazing. We felt as though we were inside an interior design catalog. We ate the meal on a deck with breathtaking views of the lake.

I brought our two month old baby along and though I couldn’t participate as much as my family, she made me feel so comfortable. She was constantly looking for shade and breeze for our baby. Delightful class, experience, and individual....

We had the MOST memorable and magical cooking class with Maria today. During our pasta cooking class, I was able to look around and see the people I love most in the world cooking together and then to be inspired by our chef Maria in the beautiful setting of Lake Garda - my life felt complete. What an amazing meal we made together and the memories of our morning will last a lifetime. We learned lots about the region, its dishes and important Italian tips for cooking with simple, fresh and local ingredients. Thank you Maria - today will be on our top 5 family moments...

The pasta making class at Good Food Good Mood with Maria was absolutely wonderful. I have been twice now with two different groups of friends who have come to visit Italy and I would gladly go again.
