Appetizers. I didn’t like the consistency of this dish (hummus, moutabel, baba ghanouj and zucchini). Every dip had same consistency, which was absolutely wrong for this food names. And it reminded a puree for kids. However, this is the end of my disappointment and I still give this restaurant 5 stars because of meat, oh , this meat. I ordered fillet di fassona well done. Volevo recensire questo favoloso ristorante che si trova all'interno del Parco Hotel San Marco di Porlezza, in una location mozzafiato con una vosta lago spettacolare! Sono stata a cena ieri sera con un amico perchè volevamo provare una buona cucina mediterranea, e posso confermare che le nostre aspettative sono state più che soddisfatte! Il nostro palato è stato deliziato dalla bontà e genuinità dei prodotti che lo chef magistralmente ha saputo bilanciare. Ho scelto à la carte, varie portate, ed ogni piatto ha appagato non solo il gusto ma anche la vista, per l'accuratezza in cui i piatti sono stati presentati! Ottima anche la selezione dei vini. Ho anche apprezzato tantissimo l'accoglienza e la professionalità del personale di sala che ha saputo consigliarci al meglio, e, quando richiesto, risposto prontamente ad ogni nostra richiesta. Sottolineo inoltre la gentilezza e disponibilità del personale che ci ha fatto sentire sin da subito ben accolti e ben graditi! Non posso che consigliare vivamente di provare questo ristorante meraviglioso dalla vera cucina mediterranea e con una vocazione verso una scelta accurata e variegata delle migliori carni!
