Very nice and cosy place. Focaccia with potatoes ( that they brought together with bread) was the most delicious I have ever tasted. However, together with it they brought some spread ( that is made of oil and smth with sunflower seeds if I am not mistaken) it wasn’t good at all. It tasted terrible. What happened to a good old butter for the bread? The food was very good. And delicious everything we tasted. The only this is - the fish I have ordered is served with some sort of mayo, but omg, it was sooooo much mayo. How can you serve so much of a mayonnaise on a plate together with fish? All in all it was a very lovely and romantic experience and food was cooked great! We were staying in the hotel and heard that it’s a great restaurant Had very high expectations- and the atmosphere was nice, the service of course was great But the food… so sophisticated for nothing. Everything was served beautifully but the food was very average, very meh and the only meal we loved was the steak. It was great and the only meal that really blew our minds. The fish with the black sauce had too much sauce it was overbearing the fish. The pasta sauce was weirdly too sweet almost as if it came out of the supermarket.. Ho avuto l’opportunità di cenare presso il ristorante La Joie De Vivre, situato all’interno del meraviglioso Parco San Marco Resort, e devo dire che è stata un’esperienza davvero memorabile. La cucina mi ha conquistato sin dall’inizio, con piatti tradizionali preparati con grande cura e proposte moderne che dimostrano creatività e attenzione al dettaglio. L’atmosfera del ristorante è stata estremamente rilassante e accogliente. Siamo state accolte dal maître Stefano, che con il suo carisma e la sua professionalità ci ha messi subito a nostro agio. Durante la cena, Roman ci ha seguito con grande attenzione, rendendo ogni momento speciale grazie alla sua cortesia e professionalità impeccabile. Uno dei momenti che mi ha colpito di più è stato il benvenuto della cucina: una selezione di pane e focaccia calda accompagnata da melanzane fritte con mozzarella e pomodoro. Un dettaglio semplice ma eseguito con gusto, che ha dato subito il tono alla serata. Ogni elemento della cena è stato curato con grande attenzione, rendendo l’intera esperienza davvero unica.
