No wonder Gucciâs sales went down 19% in this first half of FY. Gucci have very rude sales work here ( it is a discount shop, but you are working for Gucci - a luxury brand, not a two dollars shop). At here you are trying things for more than 5 mins. They will go grab it from your hands said you got it for 30 mins you have to pass it to someone else. I got so many Gucci bags from normal shops over the years never had this experience.I felt got shamed by the sales⌠when we said we only got into the shops for less than 10 mins in total (which is true) how can I have tried the bag for more than 30 mins? The sales started yelling to usâ you are rudeâ like a dozen of times until his superior showed up. It was shocking experienceâŚI canât find another word than shocking⌠. At one point I was thinking I should ask them to go through the surveillance camera to check who has been rude (as I was so shocked and that sales was still going on with we are rude and the 30 mins story). And at least demand an apology from that specific sales ( his supervisor did said we are sorry he has been rude). The truth is another female sales passed the bag to me from the very beginning and she was with me just a sec ago. No more Gucci for me full stop - for good! we left immediately whatâs the point giving your money to a brand doesnât even respect the consumer. Shocking shocking shocking
Suggestion:Gucci, do some sales training, hiring better stuff and think about your business model how much profit you get from your outlet store and how much you might lose over the years if you lose your core customer base (as you profit also went...
Read moreIn Gucci, there were tons of purses, scarfs, clothes, shoes and sunglasses. I am not a big fan of Gucci, but I did want a pair of sun glasses. Compared with the Prada store, Gucci is not as crowded, but the selection is not as diverse as Pradaâs.
After all the shopping, we were staving and canât wait to for another hour to go back to Florence to grab lunch. We went to go Gucci Cafe, which is located on the top floor of the Gucci store. This is the most popular cafe in the area and serve the best food in area!
This is a cafeteria style restaurant with different food counter, including a pizza/panini bar, hot food bar, and dessert/bakery bar.
Look at all these beautiful food! They are not only good looking, they were delicious! They had pasta, pizza, sandwiches, and...
Read moreThe service wasnât great. Felt like we were being watched like we might run away with the bags. Then at the accessories counter where we chose a few things each, the ladies there werenât very helpful and decided to give away the last size in something I had asked for first to another customer. And then they were rude about it. In Italy, the customer is NEVER right, no matter the shop or circumstance. And then we had to wait for the items to be brought out, taken to the till and then we waited so much longer than we expected to even pay for the stuff. After spending hundreds and standing around for ages we asked for a glass of water and they said no. People drop hundreds and thousands of euros in this shop and they canât even give a customer a glass of water when...
