Lasciato il porticciolo dei pescatori di Sampieri( non turistico..solo barche da pesca) diretti ad est si raggiunge un aspro pianoro a picco sul mare. Lo si percorre stando alti per poi scendere alla magnifica spiaggia dove capita di essere soli per ore. Il mare è stupendo e l'essere così solitaria dipende dalla mancanza di parcheggio lungo la litoranea. Pochi la conoscono.
