Went to Venchi in Milan Malpensa Airport Terminal 2 to try their Crepe. They are commonly known for their gelato and chocolates. Got curious how they do their crepes so purchased this instead. It was €6.50 which was cheaper compared to crepe prices in London. The crepe was very fresh and delicious with the signature venchi melted chocolate hazelnuts and cream. It was made in my dreams. Amazing!

I love this store and their super tasty chocolates and ice cream. It is always a pleasure to shop here - very kind and helpful staff, shop is always super clean. They offer wide selection of dairy free/vegan chocolates.

I love this store and their super tasty chocolates and ice cream. It is always a pleasure to shop here - very kind and helpful staff, shop is always super clean. They offer wide selection of dairy free/vegan chocolates.

The service is very very very slow. I don't know how to emphasize the slow service. The queue is very long and only 1 staff is working. If there is so much to do with the ice cream preparation then add more staff please. The staff should be more friendly and happy in working but doesn't seem like. People are just queuing anywhere. We waited for 15 minutes just to be served by a...
