Tanta burocrazia da seguire per un paziente disabile....mancanza di comunicazione tra sportelli cup ed ambulatori....prima non devo pagare, poi devo pagare....io anche pago, ma se le file sono immense e gli sportelli automatici non funzionano? Richiamata all'ordine il giorno successivo perchè non pagato (29 euro, dicasi 29 euro) mi si invita a salire in ospedale per pagare da parte di chi mi ha ben visto sulla sedia a rotelle e bisognosa di essere accompagnata ovunque, a mie spese....naturalmente non posso farlo, ci si prende anche il permesso di dire che il mio accompagnatore ed io non eravamo passati prima per lo sportello (dove invece ci avevano mandato a visita in quanto risultava esenzione....ed avevamo già bancomat in mano....), naturalmente la colpa è nostra e del medico di base, non di chi ha decretato valida l'esenzione tramite scanner....perso tempo e soldi per allungare la presenza della badante....non ho ancora pagato perchè non ho trovato nessuno che potesse farlo (a mie spese) nel fine settimana....risultato: "beh, veda di pagare entro la prossima settimana".....allucinante.....per le mie patologie ho avuto a che fare con molti ospedali, sia in regione che altrove, mai un trattamento di questo tipo....forse la sedia a rotelle è invisibile? Alla faccia del rispetto delle disabilità....la mia valutazione è dovuta solo al fatto che un'anima pia ci ha indicato dov'era il bagno disabili (cartelli a dir poco assai confusi)....bagno peraltro indecente, sporco, senza sapone nè disinfettante, alla faccia del Covid....l'esperienza mi ha portato negli anni a tener in palmo di mano Oss, infermiere, portantini, addetti alle ambulanze, personale delle pulizie....per il resto, stendo un velo pietoso.....siamo pazienti, non numeri, non fantasmi, talvolta anche non cretini, e giuramento di Ippocrate caduto nell'oblio....poi, numeri dell'Urp che sembrano inesistenti...per questo scrivo....in realtà avrei ben altro da fare che perdere tempo per...

This hospital is just bad! I just needed a cream and had to wait 7 hours, everyone got a bed and i had to sit in a chair for 5 hours my friends had to argue with them to give me a bed. I had to beg them to help me and they just said the dont know english but in the end when i got upset the staff knew english and helped me. The doctor did not want to pay attention to me and ignored me for seven hours straight. He also argued with my friend stating that there are other in more need but in the end it only took 2 minutes to give me the cream!!!!!! The staff is also very rude and yells at their patients. DONT EVER COME HERE ITS...

I was at the hospital yesterday with my friend we suffered from food poisoning and was vomiting non stop but the nurses there didn’t care about her condition We were there from noon till night and the only thing they did was covid test She was in really bad condition so I asked one of the nurses and she just screamed at me like saying I don’t know anything because I am not a nurse At the end they didn’t do anything for her and i was forced to give her only water I was so mad at the nurses because they just care about some people and not everyone People who come to emergency room need...
