Very concerning and unprofessional. Took money and added hidden charges, extortionate shipping costs, threatened to steal money during refund stating they paid two bills. They don't disclose full costs or potential charges you may face. They are also not very nice to citizens outside of their own country. They will attempt to scam your money and deliver damaged goods, offer no support or take complaints seriously. Very concerning behaviour. Several associates in the Whisky Industry have also experienced issues but luckily never agreed to payment due to also finding their intimidation during sale process and lack of customer service, disturbing and off putting. Would not recommend a purchase. If you complain they will threaten to get their legal team to challenge you in court. Came here with my friend who is a connoisseur he says hands down the best shop he’s ever been to. The owner, Massimo is famous in the whiskey community and was there and chatted with us for 30 minutes helped us pick wines and understand his business my friend bought two bottles that he had never seen anywhere. To give you some idea of how amazing his collection is I sent a picture of a shelf to ChatGPT and it described as one of the best imaginable collections of whisky that one could possibly assemble. Mi sono recato in questo prestigioso negozio di distillati, convinto di essere in buone mani, per chiedere gentilmente se potevano darmi informazioni su una rara bottiglia di whisky da me e mio padre acquistata. Si tratta di una bottiglia di macallan 25 anni anniversary distillata nel 1965 imbottigliata nel 1991. Mi fanno parlare con un tizio presumo il titolare, dopo di che inizia a rovesciarla e ripetutamente a SCHEKERARLA come dice lui agitarla vigorosamente, per ben tre volte ,mi spiega per vedere il grado alcolico, secondo la schiuma che faceva. Premetto che non sono un intenditore, la bottiglia era integra in tutte le sue parti capsula, tappo e sigillo di stato, era solo leggermente bassa di livello appena sotto il collo.La sera stessa pensandoci un po’, controllo e la bottiglia ed effettivamente aveva iniziato a perdere. Mi chiedo come si possa agitare così violentemente una bottiglia di quasi trent’anni, Quale cattiveria è insorta in questo tizio da doverla distruggere completamente.
