Ordered a lamp that was shipped internationally. Prior to ordering they were swift in their response. Once I received the lamp and wanted to return it, they pretended not to speak English anymore on the phone and didn't reply to any email whatsoever. Decided to return the package nonetheless (with signature of course). Once that was received by them, I got an email saying they couldn't refund me because according to 'the law' they were not allowed. The law referring to their own rule which stated you must send a letter (with signature) to them within 14 days if you want to return something. A very interesting method to be as least customer-friendly as you can. Thank god for paying with Paypal that saved me from losing money to these vultures. I trust this message will make you think twice before...
