When we visited at 8:00 AM on a Sunday in July, about 30 cars were already parked. Two pre-payment machines are available, and it is recommended to complete the payment before leaving the parking lot. Note that right turns into the parking lot are not allowed. If you follow the navigation system from the direction of Asahikawa, you will have to turn right to enter the parking lot, so it is recommended to set "Roadside Station Biei 'Shirogane Birke'" as a stopover and use the route that allows you to turn left to enter the parking lot. 청의호수 보고 나갈때 사전정산기 있길래 주차권 넣고, 500엔 결제하고 정산 완료 뜬거 보고 나가려고함. 근데 차단기 안열리는거임. 입출구가 1개라 뒤에 차는 엄청 밀려있고 직원도 없어서 인터폰으로 호출했는데 안오고. 내가 얼굴 빨개진 상태로 얼타니까 뒷차 일본인 할배가 나옴. 일본어 대화해보니 정산 완료한 주차권(다시 뱉음)을 다시 챙겨서 나갈때 꽂아야 차단기가 열리는 구조였던 거임. 바쁘게 나가려는 외국인이 알턱이 있나... 뒷차들 때매 안되겠다 싶어서 차를 입구 사이드로 비키려고 했는데, 왠 관리인인지 확실하지는 않은데, 무섭게 생긴 아저씨가 와서 버튼 뚝뚝 누르더니 2000엔 계산하라는 거임. 내가 "저기 500엔..." 말했더니 퉁명스럽게 "노노 투 싸우전드 로스토 피" 이러고 카드 달라함. 30분 주차하고 23000원 쓰는게 불합리하다 느꼈지만 뒤에 차가 너무 많아서 그냥 카드로 내고 나옴. 이후로 최악의 기분을 느끼며 홋카이도 여행을 마무리했고. 화가 가라앉지 않아서 호텔 전화 빌려달라해서 타임스파킹 연락해서 일본어로 항의함. 카드 취소는 어렵고 일본 계좌로 환불만 가능하대서 일본사는 사촌 계좌 알려주기로 하고. 전화번호 알려달래서ㅋㅋ 국제전화번호 알려주고. 한국 돌아와서 몇번 통화하고 영수증 보내달래서 팩스 보냈다가 응답없음 떠서 이메일 보내고 했지만 이후로 연락 없음. 걍 포기 계산해보니 국제전화비가 더 나옴 ㅋㅋ 일본 여행 7번째인데 지금까지의 경험 중 가장 최악이네. 아날로그라 그런가 번호판 자동인식 이런게 없음. 진짜 그 아저씨 다시 만나면 꿀밤 한 대 때리고 싶다. 그래도 여행 막바지에 이런일 겪어서 다행이네 후기: 타임스피킹 연락와서 2000엔 환불 해주기로함. 절차 복잡해서 여러번 통화해서 국제전화비 한 3만원 나온듯. 2000엔은 일본...
