Fukui Colona Cinema World — Local services in Fukui

(visits: 50+) (edit: minus another star. This place..... we drive out here, fight traffic, stand in line for 30 minutes. Kill time till the movie starts. The screen freezes during the ads and never restarts. The manager comes in and says they cant fix it. He is very insincere, tells us we can get a refund. We stand in line again to get our money back. We tell him about previous problem we have had here like dark areas on the screen and blurry picture. He was like whatever. He didn't even care.)

Ehhhhh....They used to offer things like 3D in English (w/ jp subtitles). They don't do that anymore. They used to have stuff like 48fps movies like Hobbit, but they only did the first one. Had to go to Ishikawa for the other two movies. More than once the picture was out of focus. I mean... your only job is to show movies... Make sure the sound is right and the picture is in focus. The worst movies always get the best theaters and the good movies always get shoved into the worst and smallest rooms (Just saw Ready Player One opening weekend and it was on the smallest screen). People think my wife and I are crazy for going all the way to Nagoya or Ishikawa to watch a movie. Well... that's how medicore this theater is and sadly its "best" theatre in...

This cinema is very good, auditoriums has good space and they are comfortable, also great food service and souvenirs, movies are dual or with subtitles in English. I enjoy...

3/12（土）のレイトショーの時間帯に、ポップコーンなどを売っているコーナーでレジをされていた女性店員さんが非常に高圧的な態度でイヤな気持ちになりました。

そんなに混んでいたわけでもないのにとても早口で、システムがよく分かっていなかったため欲しい飲み物の名前を伝えると「ドリンクバーですので。」と無愛想な態度で一言。また、機械での支払いの際、現金で支払おうと財布を取り出していたにも関わらず「現金ですか？」と2回ほど言われ…

一緒にいた友人も「さっきの店員さん早口過ぎて何言ってるか分からなかった、あの態度何…？」と言っていました。

ちなみに、その隣にいた若い男性店員さんはとても優しかったです。恐らくあの女性店員さんはいつもそのような接客態度だと思うのでどうに...
