The whole experience from booking and liaising before our Hokkaido Powder Belt 11 day trip to the pickup, accommodation and skiing around the Furano Tokachi and Tomamu areas was great. Even though the snowfalls at the time were small, Kaspar and Sam found the best of it for us. Sadly things went wrong for my wife on day 4 when she didn’t see a dropoff at the end of our run, falling heavily onto the road and spiral fracturing her tibia and fibula of her leg. Sam and Kaspar were professional and caring in the first aid, getting us to hospital and helping us through the whole experience. We did a three day backcountry skiing experience with 9 high school students and 2 leaders and we had an unforgettable time. Brady and Murray were our guides and drove us all over central Hokkaido to find the best conditions away from the crowds.
