An amazing discovery of this Goto island-made gin at a sushi restaurant brought us at this unique and very remote location. Pretty difficult to access on a narrow road but clearly worth the shot. 宿泊した宿で噂を聞きつけ訪問してみました。162号線から車で行違えするのも難しい細い道を１ｋｍほど走れば到着しますが、行きはとても長く感じます。訪問日は長崎のNBCが取材に来ていましたが、観光客は0。古びた半泊教会の隣に真新しい施設があります。スタッフはおじさん２人で妙に楽しそうです。製造にかかわる色んな話を聞きながら、ジンの試飲もできますが、ハンドルキーパーは苦汁を飲むことしか叶いません。今回はレギュラーボトルは売切れで、山本二三のデザインボトルのみ在庫があったので、そちらを購入して帰りました。教会辺りで、さとうの塩のペットの鶏がウロウロしています。
