We had an unforgettable time white water rafting with Forest and Water. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth, exciting, and incredibly fun. The real highlight was our amazing instructors, Pura and Mamii — they were professional, knowledgeable, and had such great energy. Forest & Water is hands down the best rafting company I’ve ever experienced! I went in April, when the river was still crisp from the melting snow, but the team had us fully prepared with wetsuits and windbreaker jackets, keeping us warm and comfortable throughout the adventure. In fact, getting splashed felt refreshing and just added to the thrill!

The guides are absolutely fantastic—friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. I had the pleasure of rafting with Pura, PZ, and Hiro-san, and they made the entire journey so much fun. They also captured tons of great photos and videos, so we could relive every exciting moment afterward!

If you’re planning a trip, I highly recommend going during cherry blossom season. Drifting down the river while sakura petals gently fall around you was nothing short of magical—a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Most importantly, I felt incredibly safe and well cared for the entire time. From the thorough safety briefing to the life vests and helmets, everything was top-notch. I can’t wait to come back and do it all again! —

We had a great and thrilling experience during the river rafting, the overall trip was guided with instructions and was very safe. We loved the people who guided us, Thanks to Ganesh San & Yuge San helped us to have fun in the water and we jumped off into the water and it was 3km river raft so if your visiting minakami , please choose Forest and water Base team From India, Staying in Tokyo If you plan for a one day trip then this is the best plan...
