今回のドライブのお供に選んだ最中のお店は、今治市の「一福百果・清光堂」さんです。 『椀舟最中』と『くるみみ最中』を買って満足していたのですが…大福も美味しそうだったので、つい買ってしまいました😂

椀舟最中は、シソの香りがほのかに香り、上品な口当たりです。くるみみ最中の方は、くるみの粒々が絶妙な歯ごたえで、甘さ控えめの逸品でした。

まるごといちじく大福と紅マドンナ大福は、お店の方から冷蔵庫で解凍してから食べるように言われたのですが、ドライブ中だったので常温で解凍してしまいました…それでも美味しくいただけました。邪道な食べ方をしてしまい、申し訳ありません🙇
