I loved this place, Its huge!! Its is very popular, alot of good stores and famous stores like Starbucks, Gap, H&L, Uniqlo and more. It's got everything a big book store, movie theater, game center, and a big food court, and then looks like a nicer smaller food court the flow above that (third floor), even a super market! The bathrooms are nice (men's atleast) and there are many resting spots. If you just want to go shopping for a day, you will have plenty of material to look at while you are. I spent here a full 12 hours to look at most of the stores, not womans stores, and other stores. I also watched 2 movies, so you will definitely not get bored and can make a day...

2004年4月の開業当初は「ダイアモンドシティ・アルル」という名称でした。 今は「イオンモール橿原」に名称が変わりましたが、今も通称「アルル」で呼ばれています。 土日祝にもなれば、この辺りはイオンモールに行く車で大渋滞になります。 京奈和道も橿原バイパスも高田バイパスも、物凄い大渋滞になることもあります。 色んな所にイオンモールがありますが、ここは大きい方だし、駐車料金も無料です(映画館もあり)。 それゆえ、奈良県内のみならず他府県から集まり大渋滞になります。 最寄り駅は、JR万葉まほろば線(桜井線)金橋駅ですが、ダイヤは1時間に1本です。 イオンモール橿原～近鉄大和八木駅(40系統)、近鉄大和高田駅・近鉄高田市駅経由竹取公園東(13系統)、近鉄橿原神宮前駅(33系統)と、3路線で奈良交通の路線バスが直通しています。 あと、日本一長い路線バスの近鉄大和八木駅～JR新宮駅(和歌山県)に乗っても、イオンモール橿原の前の国道165号沿いに最寄りのバス停があります。 土日祝は避けて平日行くようにしていますが、近くにイオンモールがあると何かと便利で助かります。 ただ今、イオンモール橿原近辺は京奈和道の高架工事の真っ最中なので、通行にはご注意ください。 また、道路を挟んでイオンモールの西側でも現在増床工事をしています。 2025年に、イオンモールの新しいエリアが開業されるそうです。 「アルルの西側に新しいのができる」という噂を聞いたのが12年以上前。 やっと工事が着工されたかという感じです。 ダイアモンドシティ・アルルができる前は、材木置き場みたいな感じでした。 「サティがショッピングモールを作るらしい」という噂を聞いたのが25年以上前。 その間にサティはイオンに吸収されて無くなってしまい、ダイアモンドシティができました。 建物は一直線ではなくU字型なので方向感覚が狂いますし、立体駐車場は適当に駐車すると必ず迷って見失います。 なので、私は毎回決めた所にしか駐車しません。 なお、2025年3月1日に増床リニューアルオープンする無印良品は、世界最大だそうです。 世界最大規模が大都会ではなく、いち地方都市の橿原市...
