Main attractions at this park that sparked my interest:

Statue at Flower Park Statue of Budai, a semi-historical Chinese monk from the 10th century who is always depicted as laughing with a protruding pot belly. Budai is said to be a harbinger of abundance and good health in Chinese Buddhism. In Japanese Zen Buddhism, however, Budai is referred to as Hotei and seems to be referred to as a God of Peace. Regardless, one can't help smile at such a happy looking character. Suntastic Yellow Best guess is that these are “Suntastic Yellow” sunflowers due to the short height and dark center. Firecracker Possibly a "Firecracker" sunflower (Helianthus annuus) or "Ring of Fire" sunflower, which goes by the same genus and species. The Firecracker name might be British English whereas the "Ring of Fire" name might be American English. A kind of green house with a light show, crafts corners, cafe, and large fish aquarium. Higiri-Mon Gate An historical piece of architecture, Higiri-Mon Gate was once a part of the Kyoto Imperial Palace until the 17th century before the shogun moved the emperor to Edo Castle in modern-day Tokyo. The well-preserved gate was reassembled for use in the Hana-Biyori Flower Park located in western Tokyo. Worth a visit if you are in the area There is a free shuttle bus that picks u up from the station so you don’t have to walk up the slope But don’t fret if you miss it It comes every 10mins

No need to make a trip specifically There are flowers and the area is inviting But don’t expect vast fields of blooms Just pockets of flowers here and there

As u enter There is a place for onsen should you desire

Also if you want to make terrariums there is a place to do so but you got to register ahead

There are also a pair of otters that reside in an enclosure Very active Was great fun for the kids to watch

Stealing the spotlight, the garden-themed Starbucks offers a captivating experience – a spacious hall adorned with hanging plants, a souvenir shop, and impressive aquariums showcasing angel fish, clown fish, and other fascinating varieties. The seamless blend with nature crafts a one-of-a-kind ambiance. Exiting, we discovered the shuttle to the station. Unaware of the free shuttle from Yomiuriland station initially, we began our journey on the cable car, stumbling upon Yomiuriland Amusement Park. Embracing the impromptu adventure, we secured admission, explored the amusement park, and strolled to Hana Biyori on foot.
