熊本市が拠点で、福岡、熊本、宮崎、鹿児島で店舗展開してるスーパーマーケットです こちらは直営店 市場が休みの日曜日は閉店してます 今回は土曜日の昼に伺いました とても混んでおり、駐車場では警備員さんが数名で整理していました 魚も肉も野菜も新鮮で安いと評判です 今回は、鹿児島県の姶良（あいら）市でご当地名物になってる「豚のあご肉」がターゲットです(笑) 豚のあごやコメカミ部分だと思いますが、味が濃厚で歯応えに弾力があり、焼いて食べれば他のどの部位よりも美味しいと個人的には思います 今回は結構な量が残っていました（売場にありました） 通常は希少部位なので売り切れてることも多いですし、ご当地の名物なのでこの地域の肉屋さんやスーパーマーケットにしかありません 100g当たり159円と格安です 今回は2パック購入しました(^o^) 宮崎の日南にある戸村さんのとむら焼きのタレで絡め焼きにしたら絶品でした 味が濃厚で旨味も強く歯応えもあるので、ご飯のおかずだけでなく、お酒のお供にも最高だと思います 午前中に行った方が購入できると思います
