The museum is free. Alot of infomation about takeda clan . But just in japanese. You can use papago app to translate the info via photo.
From the station you need to either walk 2.1km up a slop or take a bus @190yen per person just outside the station. Not to worry the bus can exchange big note to small change. When enter the bus (every half hour) take the ticket from the back gate.
Before reaching the free museum on your right press the bell. The bus driver will stop and see you pay the bus fee ....
Read moreThis is a small Shingen Museum. I could enter it for free of charge. I could learn life of Takeda Shingen and history of the Takeda clan at the permanent exhibition. If you were a Shingen mania, you could learn nothing here. I mean nothing is new. I paid 300 yen for the special exhibition. I saw a replica of Skeltons of a horse from the Shingen era. The horse was much smaller than that of today. I walked around a Japanese garden. The staff gave me a discount coupon of the restaurant nearby. I was not a big fan of ice cream. I didn't use it.
