I have nothing but nice things to say about the staff at this location! Everyone is so friendly, kind, and patient. When I first arrived in Japan, one employee helped me sign up for a Welcia/Waon point card. Another time, I was looking for an item and couldn't find it. A staff member showed me where to find it and what their opinion of the different brands was after asking them for it. I do not know much about Japanese brands so this was very helpful!
