The service of Holiday Niseko is terrible and the worst in Niseko Asked them whether 9 of us with half of them are kids can take a Hiace van. They suddenly booked a minibus without confirming with us. We then said we don't need a minibus, they asked whether we wanted to cancel the booking which we had never requested to book. After one day, we had more families joining the trip and we told them we were fine to book a minibus. They replied no more minibus. All fully booked! We then sent enquiry to two private transfer agents and both replied minibus is available to book. Finally we needed to book by ourselves. Confirmed several times by email of our arrival time to meet at the accommodation for checking in, no one showed up when we arrived and all of us were waiting in front of the door for 15 mins at -10 degree until we knocked the neighbour’s door asking for help. The neighbour gave us the emergency contact number of the agent which I had asked for but the agent insisted to give me their office number which couldn’t be contact after 6pm. When we called the emergency number, the guy said he was just the driver and knew nothing. Simply gave us the passcode of the door lock. If that’s the check-in process, they should have told us many times when they confirmed our arrival time. But they chose not to do it so that we had no way to check in and contact them after we arrived at night time. If we couldn’t get help from the neighbour, we couldn’t know where would stay on the first night. When I emailed them to ask the reason why no one showed up to open the door, they said we arrived earlier than the confirmed arrival time which was 7:45pm. I then told them we arrived at 8pm and no one picked up our calls at the office number they gave me. They didn’t reply my email anymore.
We have been to Niseko for five times and have never had such terrible experience. Don’t book anything from...
Read moreThe Front Desk team in Holiday Niseko especially Joel Westcot, had been very helpful and quick in responding to every query I had. Our family of 2 adults and 2 kids stayed at Ezo Yuki. The apartment was clean and well heated, and it had everything we needed. The kitchen was well furnished - it even came with an electric hot pot which we used it for our shabu shabu dinner. Loved the big windows which allowed us to look out at the falling snow, while we had our hot chocolate. It was easy to get to the Grand Hirafu Gondola Lift by taking the free shuttle (1 minute away from our apartment). We were very grateful for the transport that Holiday Niseko arranged for us from our apartment to the Welcome Center at 7am, so that we could catch our Airport transfer to the airport. We will definitely come back to stay at Ezo Yuki and booked everything through...
Read moreWe were a reasonably late booing for the 23/24 winter season. We stayed in Flow which was in a great spot, clean, tidy and had all that we needed. Drying area downstairs was large and well ventilated. Joel and his team were very accommodating for our extra guests that joined us over our stay on different days, finding another apartment to fit them in and i am so grateful for their patience while i tried to work out who was getting what gear and on what transfer on what day! I got it wrong a few times and they navigated around my...
