A bit of a conundrum with this place. While the food was delicious, it was not actually what we expected. We were expecting the Japanified version of Chinese cuisine, but were treated to some very authentic tasting Chinese food. So be warned, if you're looking for something like tenshinhan, you won't find it here. We sampled a large variety of their menu and each dish was great but had a small weakness in each dish. For example, the twice fried pork had great flavors, but the pork was a little dry. Or the sweet and sour pork was tasty, but a bit too oily. Of the dishes we had, we would highly recommend the mapo tofu and the xiaolungbao, as those two dishes were pretty much flawless. Prices a little pricey, but that's to be expected as it's so close to a ski resort town.

Was initially skeptical since Chinese food in Japan has more often than not let me down. Yoteizanka exceeded my expectations with authentic, hearty, and delicious Chinese cuisine. Each dish was skillfully prepared, going beyond my expectations. I particularly enjoyed the integration of local ingredients, which worked well with the dishes. I have since dined here 3 more times, and can’t stop myself from coming back. Something about spicy food and the cold snowy weather really gets me. A hidden gem in Niseko. 5/5.

Food taste good, staffs are very friendly, reasonable price compared to Hirafu area, they pick you up from Hirafu if you call them 2-3 days before

Ordered the sweet and sour pork set lunch, wow, I was pleasantly surprised. It was so yummy!!!! Probably the best and most authentic I've ever had in Hokkaido. Also ordered the suigyoza (boiled dumpling) and was also really good. But they only had beer on the drinks menu, I think they need to add some other non alcoholic drinks varieties....
