While the reservation system could be a little tricky, it is not something that a little bit of wit and google translate couldn't solve. The store is well organized and the displays are well thought-out. The staff I met was exceptionally accommodating and attentive. Obviously, the store features almost exclusively 5.11 products with a wide selection from pants, shirts, boots, carriers and so on... 11/5 would miss another bus to visit again.

The store was recommended by my Japanese cousin, it was worth the visit! Definitely recommend this store to others. The staff was very helpful, and the coffee was good. But don't forget to make a reservation via the website! ありがとうございます！
