Terrible horrible disrespectful elderly cart collector with glasses! Its our (my child, husband and I) first time visiting Nasu (16/1/2025). As we exit the shop after purchasing on a cold winter, a staff collecting carts yelled at us when returning the cart, and accused us of stealing goods. He went through our stuff without agreement , and threaten to call the police on us. Had us walked all the way back to the counter to confirm if we paid for our goods. The counter lady (very polite lady) confirmed that she helped us and collected our payment. Then the cart collector didn't even apologize for his action, and told us we are not welcome here again.

Only supermarket around for miles. It has everything you could possibly need for a regular weekly shop including groceries, household goods, kitchenware, gardening goods, pet care, stationery even some clothes and shoes. Reasonably priced with some good bargains too....

商品を箱のまま購入しようと思い男性店員さんに棚の上にある在庫を取ってもらったら「箱売りはしてませんよ」と言われたので「バラ商品を1つレジに持っていけば箱のままでも買えますよね」と言ったら「それなら大丈夫です」と言われました。(こちらの店舗でも過去に何度も箱のまま購入してます) 箱売りしてない＝箱のバーコードを登録してないだけなので「箱のまま売る事はできない」という意味ではないのですが「箱売りしてません」の一言ではお客さんによっては「箱のままでは売ってもらえない」と勘違いしてしまうのではないでしょうか。「箱のバーコードは使えないので同じ商品をバラで1つレジに持って行ってこれでレジに通してもらってください」と理由を添えて伝えてくれれば親切なのにと思いました。 ...
