案の定、大垣ゆえに集客は乏しい。以前の施設はあまりに田舎臭くてしょぼかったのでそれに比べれば随分とキレイに整ってはきた。しかしながら所詮、後付けの突貫工事の延長線上のようなテナントなので画期的なものとは言えない。岐阜と比較しても明らかにこちらのほうがしょぼい。アスティが運営するゆえに、ロイヤリティの取りっぱぐれのないどこにでもあるＦＣチェーンを入れたがるが、だから猫も杓子も感満載でつまらない施設となるんだがね。駅はそこ地域の顔だよ。その地域にしかない飲食店を入れなきゃ。ロイヤリティなんか度外視して入れなきゃ。最低限、それくらいしないと駅にある意味はない。以上、無料でコンサルしたった。最後に、トイレから見える線路は鉄マニアにはたまらないだろう。...

JR大垣駅の駅ビルです。 1階はコンビニと主に飲食店、2階はドラッグストアメイン、3階は100均などもう少し雑貨っぽいお店がはいっています。 駅の南側は味のある旧市街が広がっており、駅の北側は少し歩きますがアピタというかアクアウォークというショッピングセンターがあり、どちらかに行った方が確実に品揃えは良いしコスパもよいのだけれどもやっぱり駅付随の施設なので便利良くて助かります。 大垣は両方面への列車の本数が結構多い方の駅なので、一本列車を見送るだけでこのASTYでしっかり買い物でき、なおかつそんなに待たずにまた列車に乗れますので実質的な時間的なロスは15分程度で済みます。 一度改札から出てみ...
