Life Imazato — Local services in Osaka

Among LIFE supermarkets, this location is older, but it’s been newly remodeled and looks great! This store had a full clothing and housewares department long before Central Square megastores started opening, and their clothing selection here feels different and more interesting than Central Square locations. This has always been my favorite LIFE store branch (and I’ve worked for the company, so have seen a fair few of them!)....

Best supermarket ever! Around 19:00 or so, they start marking fresh food and bakery items down. I purchased a ton of bento boxes and curry bread from here. Drinks were really inexpensive compared to convenience stores. I think this place is open 24/7 also. Keep in mind that there's an additional floor of clothing and other items.

We totally love this supermarket. The sushi is really tasty and not expensive at all. (especially after 9pm). They also offer a lot of other delicious things like in our case rice, springrolls, tempura and bakery stuff. It's a big supermarket, don't hesitate to go there! I definitely recommend...
