From a birder's perspective, 5 out of 5 stars. Great views from the main building, plus people were nice even though I didn't speak Japanese. Both times I entered the building, a birder would come up and point out the Black-faced Spoonbill. There are places to sit if you want to take pictures, and a drink vending machine inside.
