Visited the store a few years back while shopping for furniture at the IDC Otsuka location in Yodoyabashi, I was interested in some pieces of furniture that were not displayed at that location and the salesperson suggested the Nanko location.
Easy access by Chuo-Line/Tram line, large showroom with quite a large selection of the furniture that is shown on their website. Not as pristine as their showcase locations at Yodoyabashi/Namba Parks but nonetheless the ability to touch and feel the actual furniture that you are interested in is a big plus.

It's expensive when compared to other well known stores but the quality is vastly superior with most products being made in Japan, Germany, and the UK. Good experience shopping, will go again.
IDC takes up 2 floors in the ATC but you need to want to go there as if you don't buy anything, parking is ¥1000. IDC will refund this if you spend over ¥3000, but just to look around, that's too much. It seems a lot of people must feel the same as there are very few shops in the ATC.
