AEON MALL Musashi Murayama — Local services in Tokyo

The mall is surprisingly large. Lots of parking, and plenty of stores to choose from. One store in particular had some cute children's clothes, though the cashier was reluctant to ring up our purchase as we are foreigners. we did nothing wrong and purchased our items quickly and efficiently. She came off as rude and scoffed at us for no reason.

Wide variety of Japanese and American brand stores. Consistent , great sales halfway through & end of every season. Wide variety of food choices from quick snacks to full restaurants. Super-fun Sega arcade. Nice movie theater. Giant super market with great produce, fresh seafood, wide-variety prepared convenience meals; sushi, bento, tempura, etc. Also, decent drug/cosmetic section. Big mall with restaurants and a play place for kids on the 2nd floor. Nice to spend the morning or afternoon there. Among the shops there currently: H&M, Zara, a pet store, department/grocery stores, starbucks, mcdonalds, lots of kid clothing stores, a few shoe stores, a sports store, Subway, jewelry stores, UNIQLO, a movie theater.. etc.

Be warned: very busy during Japanese holidays, so check online to see which days...
