町田市小山ヶ丘にある大型ディスカウントストア。 MrMaxさん自体を指して言うのか、ショッピングセンター全てがその名かは判りかねるが、ショッピングセンター内にフードワンさん、DAISOさん、ABC-MARTさん、11cutさん、眼鏡市場さん、マツモトキヨシさん他。 フードコートには、ケンタさん、リンガーハットさん/店変わり多くやっと落ち着く、幸楽苑さん、ファーストキッチンさんなどもあり、総合的にとても利用しやすい。 横浜銀行さんのディスペンサーもある。 昔はミスドさんも入っていた。車も買えます（笑）

先ずはテナント店を利用して フードワンさん/よく言えば普通。悪く言えば特筆無い平均的スーパー。買い物はしやすい。 DAISOさん/ちょいとスペース無く、品数少ないかな？ついで買いには向いてます。 11カットさん/リーズナブルな美容室では個人的に1番好きです。スタッフが良い。好きな髪型に仕上がる。他と比べてプチ割高。 フードコートは有名店ばかりなので、お好きなお店にどうぞ🎵

ディスカウントストアとして、MrMaxさんの利用 お菓子、飲料、インスタント麺類等は確かに安い。 他の生活用品等は他ディスカウントストアやホームセンターと、特筆変わらない価格の印象。 品揃えは良い方かと。 ビジネス向けのバック充実は嬉しい。 安いTシャツはあまり薦めません。洗濯したらすぐ首元、丈伸びる。外出着としての寿命はワンシーズン持てば御の字。 ※ それにたまたまだろうけど、靴、カバンも耐久年数短かった。 ペッツマックスさん/スタッフさんフレンドリーで良いが、トリミングは技術差あり。 アクアと小動物は以前専門店としてだったが、ペッツマックスさんが兼任になり片手間の印象受けてはいる。

利便性は十分高い。 休日等は平面駐車場満杯＝歯医者さんも完備。 人気はそれが示している。 屋上にも大きな駐車場あり。
