ある作品のグッズセットを買ったところ、別の作品のグッズが混入されていました。しかもその別作品のグッズは中身が入っていない空袋。ゴミですよね…。 それをお伝えしたところ、別のお客が混入した物で店員が入れたのではないという回答でした。ちなみに店員さん以外入れることは不可能な袋の閉じ方でした。 正直謝っていただき、その後気をつけてもらえればと思っていただけなので言い訳されて本当にびっくり。 5000円分の商品が入っているセットだったのでそのゴミも含めてその金額として入っていたのかが気になるところですね。 本来なら謝罪し、それを確認するのが誠意のある態度だと思いますが…。 こちらのお店は一番くじの管理も杜撰で、当たった賞品が店頭にないこともありました。 その時の返金対応でも30分待たされたあげく、すいませんの一言もなくて大変驚いた記憶があります。 社員教育がなってないのもそうですが、ミスしたら謝るのは人として当然のことなのでそもそもちゃんとした店員さんが少ないのかなという印象です。 こうも不愉快なことが続くとさすがにもう行きたくなくなってし...
