Amazing for kids (and adults too)! We purchased the ticket that allows us to do everything in the park (you can pick and choose if you prefer to opt out of some activities), which was great for a full day or afternoon.

There's fossil hunting (you get to keep what you find), gem and shell digging (in sandy trenches to Indiana Jones music; you can keep what you find), a staghorn beetle area (some beetles are free-roaming, you can pick them up as well), an outdoor maze, and a whole bunch of fishing type activities as well. My kids loved the fishing, and you can fish for piranhas (!!!), crawfish, newts, and even hermit crabs! Do note that none of these creatures are to be brought home.

Parts of the park are outdoors/non-air conditioned if you are particular about it, so do come dressed for that. There's also a bbq restaurant if you wish to dine there (air conditioned!), as well as...

Such a fun and interactive place for kids and adults! My 13 year old and 7 year old both loved it. There’s 6 levels of fishing tanks for kids of all ages can enjoy. The staff is so helpful and friendly, it made our experience so fun. The buildings are so clean and I love that there’s hand washing stations all over. You can cook your own food here on their grills (think yakaniku style). There’s craw-dead fishing, hermit crab fishing, and salamander/newt fishing. They also do a treasure hunt for searching for shells and gems in the sand, and you get to take home all the treasures you find. There are different pricing options depending on what activities you want to do, and I suggest doing the full package so you can do all the activities. I need to recommend this place as one of the hidden go-to places in Okinawa. If you are tired of touristy places where its kind of just look and not do much, this is the place to go and have actual fun activities and nostalgic experiences. Honestly, i can imagine how you’d be able to film an entire outdoor variety show episode here with all the fun casual competitions you can have with the fishing, treasure skimming etc etc. i do think adults have more fun here than kids. I saw a dad manage to get the mystery key item in the treasure hunt activity and he instantly lit up in excitement with a very nice festive announcement by the staff of his fortunate discovery.
