AOBADAI TOKYU SQUARE — Local services in Yokohama

Went there to eat dinner but before that we looked for some items around and found lots of casual wears and shoes for men and women and some kids stuff, it's a 1-6 floor department store, Eating at the chinese restaurant was ok ,the food is delicious and meals are served hot and fast, we ordered noodles and dimsum and it came in less than 5 minutes after ordering, place was ok for group of at least 6-8 people and enough room for 50 people, department store closes at 8pm , restaurants closes at 10 pm. お店のラインナップは素敵ですが、子連れに全く優しくないです。

いくつかのビルが二階の連絡通路で繋がっている形式のショッピングセンターですが、全店で授乳室が一ヶ所しかありません。

しかも一番端のビルの四階の一番奥です。

例えばレストラン街から授乳室に向かう場合、エレベーターで二階におり、連絡通路で隣の隣のビルまで行き、エレベーターで四階まで上り、そのフロアの一番遠いところまで行かなければいきません。(フロア内に直通の道はなく、家電量販店の中を通ります) エレベーターの待ち時間を含めば5分以上は余裕でかかります。

さらに授乳室の設備も最悪です。 平成19年に厚生労働省が調乳の温度は70度以上と定めましたが、この授乳室の調乳用のお湯はガイドラインに沿わない50度までしか出ないものです。 レンジもないので、ミルクの子は実質お湯を持参しなければ調乳できません。 一応「洗い場」なるものもありますがそちらは水しか出ず、洗剤はおろかハンドソープすらありません。

授乳室内にはプレイルーム的な場所があり、多少のおもちゃ(スポンジ積み木のようなもの)がありますが、古びて砂と埃にまみれて真っ黒で、無い方がマシという代物です。衛生面で赤ちゃんにが触れるような場所においておくようなものではないです。

はっきり言ってあり得ないです。 時代遅れにも程があります。
