単なる道です、砂利道。(笑) 砂利ではなくサンゴではあるのですが。 道路脇に車を停めて、タイミングが良ければ飛行機の離着陸が見れます。 夜は宿から星空を求めて歩いていたらたどり着きました。光害も少なく、なかなか良いですよ。ただし、車には気を付けてください。交通事故も光害も。

プリシアに泊まっていたので何度か通りました。 快晴の時に通ればそれなりに雰囲気の良い風景になりますが、周りの植物に白砂がかぶっていたり、まぁ絶賛というほどでもないです。 しっかり標識に「ホワイトロード入口」なんてのができてたりするので、観光資源として保存していくつもりかもしれませんが、さっさと舗装してしまったほうがいいと感じました。 同様の景色が好きな方は、宗谷岬そばに、ここを軽く凌駕する白い道があるので...
