As a basic amenity, Wi-Fi is essential for travelers to stay connected with their loved ones and navigate through the challenges of travel seamlessly. ❗️Another notable inconvenience was the absence of sufficient places to charge electronic devices, even within the airport's dining establishments. This is a basic necessity for modern travelers who rely heavily on their phones for communication and navigation. ❗️Regrettably, the overall service quality during my visit was subpar. This not only reflects negatively on the reputation of our country but also hinders the potential for positive experiences that could encourage tourism.

Located about 16 km from the city center, NQZ is easily accessible via taxis, ride-hailing services like Yandex Go, and public buses. However, some travelers have reported instances of overcharging by taxi drivers, so it’s best to use official transport options. On-site parking is available for those driving to the airport.

They did not introduce themselves to me and asked too much childish stupid questions, checked my phone... Did not tell me the reasons of their action. I wondered and did not imagine such kind of rude communication in this airport at all. They behaved like they build this airport or this airport is their houses. I became very angry of it and did not wanted to go out from airport and I wanted go back to my country. But I had important meetings with my colleagues. These guys are the faces of the country and I think they should not behave like that. They must be a wel-educated man, not a guy entertaining in social media. They need to explain if passengers are wrong in some situation, according to the law every issue, every problems must be discussed, not as they wish etc. They have no right to say anything they want towards the passengers (one of these guy replied to my question in a very bad words which I cannot even write here now). I complained to airport police after that and police called to them and they discussed smth. If I had more time I could stay there and complain to everyone, to my embessy in Astana etc but have not enough time. BUT I will complain to the embessy of my country when I reach there.
