Personally, I never order on line, with them their chat never responds, if you send a mail you never get a reply , we paid for our goods , over charged on items like coke, chicken and underweight on meat sent vegetables which where past there sells by date online one price and shop different, missing several items , all in all around 1500 shillings missing imagine you accidentally took a small Nescafé sachets they take you to court for theft , they take money without having the goods or they gone missing and when there a problem, nobody nows. Than they pass the blame , the number for shop, promise and than not bothered plus they think it's nothing and basically we can afford it so all in all forget them best to go to Carrefour . So if you want it correct go to Carrefour they replace and check order and if delivery is under 5000 shillings you pay on delivery...

This is a great shopping Mall, and visitors can find it very easily because it's just near the road. There are not many shops though in the mall but supermarket is good. It has almost everything one needs, except that a tourist or first time visitor might have a hard time getting things. The downside is that : 1: insufficient parking space. They need to create more. 2 the front yard isn't good looking at all. Doesn't look like a modern mall. Shabby and incomplete in making. 3 the government people dug an ugly trench just outside the mall entrance, making it hard to enter the mall in a vehicle on a rainy day. 4 The mall gets so full of people especially towards the end of the month. So you would rather not...

Nice place could do with a little more ventilation and fresher stocking of things like masks Possibly arranging the shop in a more convenient method would get people to buy more items like toys and sweets closer to the front and necessitys in a well organised form in the back Generally a nice place though has all the right stuff for people that live around the area its nice and accessible to general public and the service is good some of the workers could be more attentive when asked where certain things are... most service is good though.
