One of the worst clinics ever to take your pet. I took my dog for castration and after the surgery there was no after care. He was kept in a cage without a cone and filled with blood all over his surgery area. We had to tell them to clean him up. The doctor kept telling me that if he licked the area it was our responsibility and we asked how was he kept in the cage without a cone and how do we know he already don't lick himself. They told us the cage space does not permit a cone. And what was even worse is that the clinic gave us expired medication to be used and when called and questioned the doctor told us to use the medication which was expired and was very rude and arguing with us. My dog is still bleeding at the surgery done area and the clinic just ignored us and shut the phone call while we were talking. Please do not ever take your pet to this clinic ever!! This place killed my cat, and I can’t believe it. I trusted them with my pet, and they not only failed to help but made things worse. My cat is gone, and it didn’t have to be that way. The pain I feel, the pain my whole family feels right now is unbearable, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Don’t bring your pets here—they don't deserve what happened to mine. I feel like I’ve lost everything, and this place is to blame. It feels like my heart has been ripped out. Its been only 2 hours, they operated on my cat right away and they killed him. Rude vet, interrogated me and when i would say i dont know or im not sure, she said "are you not living in your house?". Paid 21 kd for nothing. They just stated the obvious, as if i didnt know that my pet has inflammation in their leg. Didnt even give me the panadol for the pet nor the cream to use for the leg. Also when i went to pay the cashier was empty, i saw him talking and laughing in the back. I waited for 5-8 minutes then went up to them and said "where can i pay?"
