Suwa Beach Resort — Local services in Mount Lebanon Governorate

The most ever bad experience i've seen with this resort after my big experience with all the resorts near and far this resort in the region. Bad experience with the administration and after a subscribtion for my 4 kids they didnt give me a small receipt and every time my family is asked on the reception to pay for the entrance and after many calls they tell us soory for the mistake. Finally my family was going there today they told us that our subscribtion is finish even so we had a deal with the owner that the subscribtion is for the whole summer -two months- i paid an amount for the whole summer and get there only for 6 entrances. Two stars for the playground. We only visited the playground, it's good and spacious, and suitable for all kids ages. Safe and well maintained. The staff were friendly but not experienced. Everytging is expensive, with respect to the mediocre quality. Starting from coffee and ending with shisha. At 7 pm they close the kitchen, and people have to leave before 8:45 pm. For the car parking they charge 150 thousands and its not a valet service. For every kid they charge 7 usd. So imagine going there with two or three kids. Food was mediocre. No espresso machine, only turkish coffee. It's not recommended in the summer hot days,...

The place is super cool for kids and families. We enjoyed a lot with especially the kids. They have a huge playground access with a variety of games also kids have access to bicycles. In the kids pools they have 5 slides so all kids can benefit. The food is delicious. The service is quite excellent. The waitress Esraa was super helpful and was asking us always if we need anything. She has the best smile. She offered us juices which the kids enjoyed so much. One thing was missing is the music. They need to have music to make it more fun and chill. We will visit...
