Malak al Tawouk — Restaurant in Mount Lebanon Governorate

(Edit: changed my review to 4 stats because I noticed recently over many visits the fix of all problems mentioned below) 12/2024 worst experience, rude crew, dirty kitchen, cold and bad food food quality, they still rely on the fact that they had good reputation in other locations plus no one servers a good food nearby. in the midst of the pandemic today, they have Zero precautions where they allow around 40 people inside a very tight place including families and children. 20 at-least not wearing masks crumbling over the counter and above all this catastrophe I had to wait 30 minutes to receive a completely wrong order and hopefully in the next few days I’ll still didn’t...

I am giving 2 stars only for the nostalgic feeling. I haven't eaten the famous tawouk sandwich in more then 2 years since I live abroad. But I had a very bad experience with this place. I entered, the restaurant was packed, and no one, I mean NO ONE was wearing a mask! I believe Covid is still here no? even the staff were not wearing masks! I felt weird being the only person with a mask inside, and I believe people were annoyed of me. The sandwich was okay, it felt like a potato sandwich since the tawouk was almost non existent. I took my order 1 sandwich tawouk and the restaurant was full I don’t know how they managed to give it to me in less than 7 minutes like how it is possible for the chicken to be cooked. Its been since yesterday that I have an alimentary intoxication. I had to go to the hospital for it. I always loved malak al tawouk but I don’t know what happened with this one. I don’t criticize this branch but I hope some investigation will be made in this restaurant...
