I visited this beach resort on Sunday. The entrance fees were reasonable, though they could consider lowering it slightly. The place itself was fantastic, with lovely decorations and clean surroundings. The music was enjoyable, but the DJ could improve their mixing skills.
The staff was friendly, but I noticed some unprofessional behavior. When we asked a waiter some questions about the menu, the response was not satisfactory (shou ana hafiz kel l menu?) yes you have to! It's essential for the staff to undergo proper training in customer communication.
Regarding the food, it was good, but not exceptional. The prices were a bit expensive for the quality served. However, I was disappointed with the alcohol service. We ordered a gin basil pitcher, but it came with too much ice, tasted like water and lemon, and lacked flavor and the pitcher was already small. When we asked the waiter to fix it, they directed us to the bartender, which felt unprofessional. The second pitcher we ordered was also small, and they wanted to add shots of gin to the bill.
I would recommend this place if they improve their professionalism and generosity. As of now, I won't be returning, as there are other places with a similar concept but better services and more generous offerings. Hoping they can make positive changes...
Read more5 Stars for the vibes, 1 Star for the service. The place and the crowd are very nice, however, it is a pity to have such a service. Other than being extremely slow, the waiters are not well aware of the menu and got us a wrong order and said they can't replace it even though it was their mistake cz they assumed we want a steak sandwich not a plate, and then we asked them to get us the plate and the waiter was convincing us to have the sandwich although my friend doesn't eat bread, it was sorted in the end but took too much time and no accountability from staff. Maybe they were udnerstaffed and pressured, the place has a potential and would be close to perfect with better service. The food...
Read moreThe Beach Club is superficially good, everything looks nice but in detail I am not convinced. At 20$ entrance per person they were not able to have enough change by paying with a 100$ note. The changing rooms are very narrow and offer no place to put the bag. Music is on everywhere and quite loud. Likewise, you can hear the music from the club next door. There is plenty of staff, but they need to be better trained/tuned. Plates were taken away even though we were not done eating. Jetskis from next door sprayed a strong smell of gasoline.
I'm only mentioning the negative things here because I really didn't like them. Nevertheless, not everything was bad. Therefore...
