Grand Casino Liechtenstein — Local services in Gamprin

The worst casino in Liechtenstein out of all. Horrible service! Those local women on reception do not even speak English! When we asked about any upcoming events- they lied to us and said it was nothing planned, but in fact 3 days later it was a big event with possibility to win 950 CHF or so. We found out from our friend that it was an event coming on August 1. We came, and those receptionists refused to give us the ticket to drop to be able to win, just because we were one minute late (we could not find parking). Manager of this casino, please fire your staff at the reception of the casino - they are useless. We will not come anymore and we will spread the word about this...

I only play cash game poker. The website says cash games start at 5 pm. But when I called I was told 6 pm. There is a new law that started 1/1/25 which bans people who lose too much from coming to the casino. Someone told me 80% of the players were banned. I waited until 8 pm and only one other person was on the list to play cash games. There were 3 or 4 tables playing a tournament. Free buffet which was chicken/beans, rice, spinich and soup. Slot machines RTP's are too low. Small bets win more than big bets overall. Poker room is not bad but too many foreigners who speak in their own language instead of the house rule in German or English.
