Thermal Bath of Ranomafana — Local services in Ranomafana

A very nice thermal bath in the rainforest-village Ranomafana. There is a large and a small pool full of hot water. In addition you will find showers and changing facilities. There is also a small garden with a few benches, but picnic seam not to be allowed.

Entrance price is 1000 MGA for locals and 5000 MGA for foreigners. If you have long hair you will be required to cover it - bathing hats are at sale for 2500 MGA.

The pool was very clean during our visit, and we where told that the water is changed once a week (think it was Tuesday).

Very nice place, lot of people so you can imagine idea to take a swim in pool was just an idea. Pool was overcrowded so we dropped having a bath here, and to be honest I am not sure how clean it can be with so much people in it.
