Worst Trip to Xinjiang, China! One of the most expensive trips with one of the worst tour managements of all time: Some of tour mates who are all wealthy rich and have seen the world and yet they were so inconsiderate & greedy. They immediately took all best food for themselves first when the food was served on the table & left nothing for the rest. For example, a plate with 10 pieces of prawn, one greedy couple took 5 for themselves & left with the 8 other tour mates fighting for the remaining prawns. The worst is, the greedy couple didn't feel ashamed at all! The tour guide or the tour manager should have seen all these unpleasant scenes and ensure that everyone should be given a fair share of food, whether this was a supposed to be a premium elite tour they tried to boast about!
Super poor management of time - most of the lunches were provided at 2 pm & at there was a time the lunch was provided at 4 pm. Imagine having lunch at 4 pm? This tour was organised for all senior citizens and that day they had to crawl under a tunnel to get to the restaurant at 4 pm! There were so many restaurants surround the restaurant they went why did they need to crawl through a tunnel for a meal at 4 pm? In addition, there was nothing special with the food, nothing exclusive!
The manager of the tour was so selfish as well as the tour guide. Both of them had the guts to sit down and started eating their meals when there were 2 couples arrived late due to an arrangement of separate cars to drive them from a tourist destination to the restaurant. The 2 couples came to the restaurant feeling so disappointed that not even 1 soul moved aside to let them joined the sitting place to have a decent meal. in fact, the tour manager and tour guide should have ensure all tour members were be served on time if they were late (due to the stupid reckless driver) and not their fault, no matter what their seats should be reserved. How can this be happened letting 2 senior couples standing there trying to squeeze in to have a meal? This is just rediculous...as a tour manager, you are just useless and hopeless! What Kind of tour when each person had to pay close the rm20,000 for this tour! Total ripped off!
Biased treatments. If you were the mates of the tour managers, you would be given premium economy seats on board but when everyone paid the same fare. Those who voiced out and those who did not know the tour manager well, were given the normal economy class. this is unfair treatment!
Lastly, every morning they had to fight with the locals for breakfast. They were supposed to be given 4-5 stars but no tissues , no toilet rolls & needed to fight for food with those local tourists … this was not a pleasant holiday! When asked where to get toilet papers, how long the journeys etc all the tour manager would have 1 same repetitive answer" I Don't Know"
Never join this tour. It is sucker for...
Read moreTrip to Danang was a memorable vacation with First Choice Travel. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a 6-day trip to Da Nang, Hue, My Son, Hoi An, and Ba Na Hills…
From the moment we landed in Da Nang, the itinerary was seamlessly executed, offering a perfect blend of culture, history, and breathtaking landscapes. Each day brought new adventures and discoveries, and every destination had its own unique charm.
The highlight for me was exploring the ancient Imperial City in Hue and standing in awe at the stunning Golden Bridge in Ba Na Hills. Hoi An's enchanting Old Town and My Son's ancient temples left me with lasting memories.
Our guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire journey a delightful experience. The accommodations and dining options were good, clean & comfortable. Thank you & see...
