I feel like they are rushing through the whole process so that they can consult more patients & make more 'sales'.

I am a walk-in customer, also a first timer into TCM. Receptionist told me that no waiting time for male doctor, so I went for it.

First, the doctor didn't take the time (or he has no interest) to understand the cause of my pain, as if he is too experienced to know further. Once I mentioned backache, he starts pushing me to do 刮痧. And, the whole treatment process is like 6-8 mins? I am estimating the total time from the moment I step into the clinic to the moment I get out, it was less than 15mins! RM35 for that? Too pricey for me.

Well, of course my pain is not resolved, because the doctor didn't even bother to find out which part that I am feeling the pain.
