Lotus's Kajang — Local services in Kajang Municipal Council

I'm feeling a "not getting paid enough" vibe from this place. Your staff looks severely underpaid and under accommodated - especially the migrants - for the brain fogging service they're expected to do.

First of all, hygiene wise, the washroom is nasty. It looks and smells straight out of an indian ghetto and that is an understatement.

Second of all, the sepia lights. It's horrible and gives off 2007 vibe. No feel good at all.

And thirdly, the food. A bit pricey and lacking diversity. I ordered Nasi Goreng Ayam from Aneka Mi and the rice tastes burnt, like they microwaved it. The chicken is cold.

My only good experience is with the Pasembor, the staff always keeps the food inside until the customer comes to pick them. Unlike others who place my orders it right in front of other customers yelling their orders.

And this is not a knack on the staff. I bet if they're all paid enough, they wouldn't be so low energetic. I bet they're still getting paid 2020 wage and that's bad if true. Hopefully Lotus fixes it.

The utilities and groceries was completely great but today I'm very disappointed of staff behavior which I take 5 packagings of raw chicken and there is no statement or signage that been told ”maximum only can take 3 per family”.Actually, I take 3 for my own personal and other 2 packagings was for my 79 years old grandma for top-up her own usage. Simple fundamental I would like to suggest please put signage or else your customer feel very Frustrated and angry. You imagined if you're in my shoes you already took the item and put at the station to cutting process then someone (staff) told you to put it back! No smile no manners, no apologize, how is it feel? Is the customer feel appreciated? NOT AT ALL. At least say sorry first. I had spent my loyalty and money here a lot same goes to other customer. Hope this experience wont happen again. Because it's Simple fundamental (STRICTLY PLEASE PUT SIGNAGE)....

Lotus please check your staff attitude on service 1pm 22 may 2024 cashier lane no.5, 1 of my stuff can' t scan the barcode, not ever to said 'please wait for a while' , I waiting untill the beam for asking help on that cashier have stop.I'm waiting like 'ORANG BODOH' no staff come to check my stuff.That staff also shout at me that he cannot do anything when I ask him to do something like call that pic staff bcoz I cannot be patient for waiting so long.
