I called the operator to enquire for spare parts, after getting the ph number from web site. She passes the line to sales, then the sales pass the line to service, the service person (lady) answered that this is not related to her and ask me to go back to sales, and she hang the phone line. I was shocked to experience such a ridiculers customer service from Berjaya team. I called back again, and the operator said, I will pass the line back again to sales, again another lady answered with a high tone that she only does sales and spare parts is under service dept, without wanting to know what a customer needed, if everyone keeps passing the phone line then who is the right person to handle customer's needs??
