Very good experience shipping with sofaman with great quality sofa.. Found them in fb and decided to WhatsApp them to enquire more but their service are beyond top notch with fast prompt response. Sofa quality was of high end quality 👍👍👍 Thank you sofaman for the great shopping experience

I booked my sofa in Bentong Outlet in April 2023. Tunggu SATU TAHUN berdolak-dalih for delivery, finally in April 2024 i said IF NO SOFA PLEASE REFUND, baru laju reply kata ok boleh refund. Means sofa yang I nak tu dah tak ada tapi person in charge ni sampai ke sudah tak mengaku. The company block me in facebook. Only after I leave a bad review then Ms Debby try to settle it in a very professional way. They admit that the grey color sofa that I booked was already sold to other customer. Only brown color left. Macam mana entah boleh jual ke orang lain. They gave me discount for any sofa but their sofa is already expensive even after 40% discount. Tak dapat dah harga masa i booked tahun 2023. Lagi suruh i dtg jauh2 dati KL ke Bentong. So takpelah.. i beli kat kedai lain. Rasa kena tipu je kat kedai ni

From purchase order to delivery - 5 star. Everyone from Sofamann that I dealt with is very helpful. From Mr.Alex(Sales) to Mr.Wan (in-house lorry delivery PIC) is very attentive, careful, friendly and knowledgable.. The price of the sofa is competitive and good quality.
